Throughout his career, Alexander Francuzenko has brought his passion for law and his natural talent as a litigator to the service of his clients. Alexander Francuzenko is a graduate of T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. While in law school, he interned for the United States Magistrate Judge David G. Lowe of the Eastern District of Virginia, and subsequently clerked for the Circuit Court of Queen Anne’s County, Maryland.
Since then, Alexander has been engaged in the practice of law for over 23 years, focusing mainly on litigation. He has successfully represented clients in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the state courts throughout Virginia. Alexander Francuzenko has also been representing Constitutional Officers and Regional Jails in the Commonwealth of Virginia for over 21 years.
In addition to his Constitutional law practice, Alexander represents several companies in various matters including liability cases, employment matters, and commercial disputes. Alexander Francuzenko also represents various individual and institutional clients in litigation matters involving auto torts, medical malpractice, employment issues, premises liability, products liability, insurance coverage, and commercial matters. Alexander Francuzenko has also represented members of the Virginia Bar dealing with State Bar complaints. He continues to bring his signature tenacity and passion for justice to each case he works on.
