Families Share Experiences on Juvenile Court in Virginia

Does the Juvenile Court System really work?  Families were able to voice what they think about the Juvenile Court system in a report issued by Justice For Families.  The report concluded that there are just enough resources available to help deter juveniles from the court system.  This causes them to receive harsher sentences and prolongs the time they spend in the system versus learning from their mistakes and how to move forward.
