Megan M. Phelan, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Firm Administrator

Megan M. Phelan began her legal career 14 years ago, starting as support staff before transitioning into office management. She joined Cook Craig & Francuzenko PLLC as the Firm Administrator in 2018. Megan manages the firm’s operations, to include human resources, marketing, strategic planning, website management, and facilities and IT management. She also handles the firm’s financial administration, to include client accounts and billing.

 

Megan enjoys networking and being active in the legal community. She has been a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) chapter since 2015. She sits on the Board of Directors for the chapter as well as the committee for the annual Virginia ALA Statewide Conference. Megan was the NOVA chapter president from 2017 to 2019, and was nominated to serve again from 2022 to 202
