Cook Craig and Francuzenko, PLLC seeks to hire an associate with 3-5 years of experience handling family law matters to join our domestic relations team.

Strong writing and oral communication skills are a must. The associate will have immediate client contact and will handle court appearances and circuit court trials as lead counsel. The associate will assist with all aspects of litigation and give client advice. Associate will conduct legal research, draft motions, and respond to discovery.

Qualifications:

• Current membership in the Virginia Bar is REQUIRED.
• 3-5 years of experience, including active litigation and courtroom experience.
• Spanish speaker a plus.

Salary range is $95,000 – 120,000 with bonuses. Salary is commensurate with experience.
